• MarkBook CNX: I have installed MarkBookCNX on my PocketPC and have transferred classes, but when I attempt to run CNX on the PocketPC I see a message which says "Class data is not available. Please transfer from MarkBook".
• MarkBook CNX: I've installed MarkBook CNX, but when I click on the "MarkBook CNX" button in MarkBook I see the message:
      "No MarkBook CNX
      MarkBook CNX lets you collect assessment and assessment data using your Palm or PocketPC.
      However, it is not installed on this computer."
   
  MarkBook CNX must be installed into the same folder as MarkBook. The default location for this folder is C:\MkBk2005. During installation you have an opportunity to specify a different folder, but you must specify the same folder for each installation. To correct the problem, remove MarkBook CNX using the Windows Start Menu > Control Panel > Add/Remove programs option. Locate and record your MarkBook folder. Insert the CNX CD and repeat the installation being sure to specify the MarkBook folder you recorded as the installation destination.
• MarkBook CNX 2007 for PalmOS Program Updates: An update for CNX 2007 is available with the following updates for the Palm:
      Assessment name may be re-used in a different class
      Remarks for assessment items may be removed
   
  For the desktop:
      Allows long student names
   
  To install the update download: CNX 2007 Update
   
  Unzip the download to a folder on your computer. Copy CNX_TransferSF.exe to the MarkBook installation folder (usually C:\MkBk2007) to replace the current version. Run the PalmOne Quick Install. Highlight the three files MarkBookCNX.PRC, EMB020600#MARKBOOKCNX.PRC and EMB020600$MARKBOOKCNX.PDB to the upper pane of the Quick Install window. HotSync to complete the installation.
