MarkBook® section 5-6
Loaned Items & Textbook Issue Screen

Reach this screen from MarkBook's main operating screen, section 3-1, by clicking on the Class button in the upper menu bar and then selecting Loaned Items. Use this screen to record up to ten loaned items per student.

To record text issue information, type in the text identification information: Item, Author, Cost. Click beside each student's name on the cell in the Identification column and type in the text serial number. In the example shown, text number 02-121 was issued to the first student on the alpha list. Similarly, use a description and serial number to record ANY other type of loaned item (musical instrument, sports equipment, computer equipment, etc.). MarkBook catches duplicate serial numbers as per this screen example.

To print a signature list, select among the options in the Print Options section, and then click on Print. See a sample printout in section 5-7. Circulate this list for signatures.
