CLASS ATTENDANCE SUMMARY FORM

MarkBook's Attendance Summary Form

MarkBook prints this attendance summary on standard sizes of paper. Use this summary to look for attendance patterns, report to administration, or other purposes as you see fit. Print this Class Report summary from the attendance screen by clicking on Print and then specifying the range of months (September to June in this sample).

MarkBook's Attendance Summary Form

This form provides a detail of any student's attendance for the specified time period shown in the upper left corner. Note the interesting weekly patterns for this fictional student underneath the Absent 22 and Late 14 column titles. Also note that the teacher has defined some attendance codes with zero values (Field Trips, Band) which are NOT counted in Tony's total of 22 absences nor in the weekly pattern analysis. The word Late may be altered to the word Tardy under Setup.

TIP: print this form for problem attendees and send it to the administration, guidance counselors, truancy officers, and to parents for signature.
